The Project-TC, or “Trans-Code“ Wing is dedicated in trying to register Electromagnetic Wave Change recipients and limiting them with a “Code“ in order to control their rights to Electromagnetic Wave Change. Those branded as Project-TC users are monitored and kept tabs while roaming free in an exchange usually for combating EM Beings like themselves. Because only a powerful Electromagnetic Being can combat another, this part of WAZA is used to train and supply Project-TC recipients with quarters.
