These rules apply everywhere. They will be followed and they will be enforced all over the forum. If they are said constantly, then you will be banned after so many warnings. Loosely translating limits: Three strikes, and you?re out!
- ~Follow the Rules - First rule is to follow the rules. Under no circumstances are rules to be broken, and even though I am patient, I do have my limits. When those limits are reached, the end result is usually catching up on something that?s long overdue.
- ~Ratings - The forum content is rated PG-13, meaning we will constantly have pictures, topic titles, and text around the forum that will be acceptable on levels of acceptable quality. (No nudity, eechi, or senseless sailor talk.) The roleplay text will NOT be of mature rating (No relation to violence, blood, references to drugs, and etc.) Please, remember the two are separate and always will be. This is to expand on the roleplay possibilities and not to indulge yourselves, so don?t get carried away with your stories and keep it leveled.
- ~Follow the ToS - Proboards has a Terms of Service, so make sure you know those. I know people skip that page, but be informed about the most important clauses.
- ~Respect and Equality - This is the ground rule of the forum and should be respected. No matter if you?re white, black, blue, purple, red, green, have long legs, short legs, pig face, pig tails, skinny body, large body, round face, or pan face: everyone is different! Everyone should be treated equal, and they should be treated with respect without rude talk or disrespectful language or gestures that would offend. This includes staff: they?re here to help you, not take insults from you.
- ~This is a Roleplay Forum - I?m all about family and friends, but we can?t have you dampening everyone?s mood or trying to push beliefs or your opinions on someone with forceful banter. Leave that drama outside the forum, please? Everyone is here to Roleplay, chat about their stories, and have fun. If you have to talk about something, take it outside the forum and if it?s to one of the staff, PM or take it to a social messenger.
- ~The Language - The proper language here is English. You will be required to talk in English here on ?The Heart Station,? so make sure to brush up on it. If you don?t know it all too well, but you?re putting for an effort: acceptable!
- ~Keep it outside my House - This forum is like a house, and we are all guests/members of that house. Don?t bring matters of someone else?s house into this one; that?s rude, especially if its to talk bad. We are not competitive or trying to be about anything but having fun, so keep matters of other forums or of your real life outside the forum and discuss them somewhere appropriate.
- ~No Justification through Technicalities - We don?t know about you, but we hate technicalities here. They are used mostly to try to get around something, especially when it?s to push for something unnecessary or trivial. Do not use them to force for things you want. That means ?They have?, or ?It?s the same.? If we tell you something, listen! We don?t tolerate exploitation of the rules.
- ~Post in the Appropriate Board - Roleplay boards are for roleplay, chatting boards are for chatting. Always post in the appropriate board, and if you need to post a quick note, make sure it?s in brackets for OOC speaking (like this) or use the out of character label ?OOC: List this.? This is not to confuse roleplayers between the text of you being in-character and the text of out of character speech.
- ~ Don't be a Mini-Mod - We have staff here, staff handle problems and not members. The members come here to have fun, be amongst friends, and talk with one another and no other reason. So if arguments and disagreements come out, direct the staff to it or send them a PM about the matter. Don't try to be a mini-mod: whether C-Box, Forums, or Profiles. You will get into trouble. You are however more than welcome to ask someone to stop and desist, but don't be bossy.
- ~Keep us updated - If by any means you are inactive, you may have important characters or aspects such as constellations. If you are absent for a month without telling us why so, your rights to keep a certain character aspect will be lifted. (That means a ?Face-Claim?, ?Canon?, or otherwise.) You will be notified before this happens, but we encourage your activitiy for the sake of keeping you in the story and keeping at your pace. We have an ?Introduction? and ?Leaving? board, so use them, please?
- ~ Avy and Siggy Pictures - Do not use pictures in avatars and signatures that stretch the board. The proper Avatar is at max ?100x100? and that exact seeing they can stretch the board even when resized and the link loads slowly. Also, signature sizes should not stretch the board or your signature section. They will be removed with a PM notifying you why.
- ~No Plagiarism - I hate a thief! Don?t you? Sliding down my chimney, stealing cookies, and leaving boxes! No?wait! Anyway, if you steal something from someone: picture, graphics, or profile formatting; anything without their permission whether from another site, and if you take text without crediting Wikipedia and copy it word for word, you will be penalized harshly. Stealing is wrong! Just don?t do it, okay?

This part of the rules focuses on forum formatting and requirements. Be sure to follow these rules in order to be accepted into the Roleplay and within the forum‘s guidelines.
- ~The Registration Process - You will post in the “Wave Registration” forum, but only after reading each and every rule. To make sure you read them, there will be a text at the bottom of the place for the password. The password is the collected number of “bold” text in each rule set, and the number by those words is the order in which it goes in from left to right, where number “1” is first and the last is “3.” When your character is accepted, your name will be changed to have the appearance relative to their first and last name of the human character. If you have no human character, then it will be according to the single name of the EM being partner or the whole name and title of the EM Human form.
EX: Hibiki Misora - Human and EM Being “Lyra” Lyra - EM Being Lyra Note - EM Being ‘without non-EM Human form
- ~Accounts and Characters - You will make one account per character. You can have a maximum of three different characters for now, but under no circumstance, are you able to have more than one canon character relative, whether it be simply the EM Being or Human being.
- ~No Mary Sues or Gary Stus - They’re not tolerated anywhere, and they will not be tolerated here. I have been all over the world, and I haven’t seen any thing perfect. The system is not perfect, but neither are your characters.
- ~Surrendering Character Applications - You put “First Name Last Name” in any order. Anything else, I will edit the title, and then check your profile in that order, with the added first step of “A Warning” if you put something inappropriate such as a witty remark with profanity.
- ~Follow the Template - the Template should be followed accordingly to how it is laid out. If there is something that you need to know about, feel free to ask, especially if it’s to modify the template slightly. Minor edits are not a big deal, but big ones should be notified. We absolutely love creativity here at “The Heart Station.”
- ~Remakes and Rips - Do not copy aspects of some other anime into this roleplay. Please try to be original, and if anyone tells me about these rips and there is not even any credit, I will not hesitate in throwing out your profile completely. If you source ideas, give credit and I will consider based on what’s in the text.
- ~Roeplay Sample - These are required, more drastically for Canon Auditions. If you are planning on roleplaying, I need to see that you are able to roleplay in the appropriate format: 200 words or greater in a post, personality according to what you’ve typed, and proper English. Your profile will not be approved until I see these three aspects in the profile.
- ~Face Claims - They will be kept in a single thread. You don’t require a picture for profiles and descriptions, but one could help go by a certain appearance your character would look like. Please give details with that picture though. All face-claims will be 2-D animation, whether be drawn or from manga, anime, or video game. They are first come, first serve.
- ~Posting in In-Character Sections - Do not do it unless your character is approved. This is a requirement, and we encourage you to be patient and understand that we have real lives as well at “The Heart Station.” As much as we want to stay on the mic, we can’t! Also, we’re roleplayers too. Understand that as well.
- ~Last but not least… - Say hello! This is a friendly environment, so when you come into this forum, you must introduce yourself before making a character seeing we want to know who you are. We don‘t want lurkers who don‘t talk to people because we‘re not here to cater to your escape; we‘re here to Roleplay with one another, and it‘s proper to get to know who you‘re playing with.

These rules are for roleplaying and for in-character activities. These are essential for Roleplaying in the world that “The Heart Station“ broadcasts to, so make sure to follow them.
- The Character you Control~ - you only control one, and that is your character. Under any circumstances you are not to God-Mod, Power-Play, or Meta-Game. You are in control of your character and their five senses and actions, and no one else’s
- ~In-Character Posts - will be posted with In-Character speech and proper grammar. There will be no pictures used, no chat speak, and speech will be surrounded by “quotations,” thoughts will be conveyed through “Quotation italics”, and actions will be pure text and not the *asterisk* tags. The roleplay forms will be proper third person, and not first, but there can be exceptions. There will also be proper punctuation as well.
- ~Thread Labels - Threads can be [Open] for anyone to post by adding a tag or no tag at all. [Closed] threads will have a tag on them or a person(s)’s name in general that you are roleplaying with, and [Invitation] or [Invite] means that you need permission before joining by PM or some statement in C-Box. (I rather PM so when it comes to it, I have a proven log of asking.) Be sure to label to know what you want, as others should read these labels. If you post in a thread by misunderstanding, it’s no problem, but just for intrusion or OOC note of any kind that isn’t necessary (other than staff), the just wait until your father gets home mist-…I mean, you’ll be in trouble.
- ~The “P“ word and such - We are tolerant of any and all relationships in-character. However, from what was posted in the rating, don’t go overboard. We do not encourage porn or sexual content whether in text or in pictures. That is not acceptable and should be taken care of with taste. Just don’t do the stuff on this board whether in PMs or on the board. That’s just disgusting people, come on! This is a family station.
- ~Posting Rate - Try to post once a week, and with two hundred words per post. If you have no muse, we understand, but two hundred words should not be too much to ask for.
- ~No Liquid Play - There are exceptions to liquid play, although we don’t encourage it. The exception is that your characters can be in one event at a time, and if you have a “Human and EM Being” they can be apart in two different places at once. However, you can not roleplay in more than one place at once seeing that would affect the system. Be patient, and on top of that, just roleplay and have fun.
- ~No Competition - The battle aspects of this forum are because of the universe it associates with and not to cause competition. If in any way you try to manipulate the system to make your character have the upper hand in some sort of battle aspect, you will be penalized. Repeat offenses guarantee you banning. This is a Roleplay forum and not some video game. Plot everything, especially your battles seeing we will not be deciding winners just because. If you aren't here to write with others, then you may not want to create an account.

These rules are for the C-Box and are to be followed at all times. They will be enforced as if they are rules on the forum. Be noted that you can only access the C-Box after logging in to the forum seeing that our C-Box is without “Premium“ features, so to limit rule breakers and advertising, it is the way it is.
- No Arguing and Attitudes!~ - The C-Box is for talking and fun, and not for arguing. Any rude language, flaming, trolling, or anything offensive that would spark such arguments will not be tolerated. It can all be let go with an apology to the members and staff, but it must be serious and repetitiveness will require more than a “sorry.”
- No Plugs~ - The C-Box is not for advertising or posting links to other forums. That’s what the advertising forum is for. Plugging links will only cause for you to get banned.
- No Imitations~ - Pretending to be someone else in the C-Box is not allowed. Imitating other names will get you banned.
- No Multiple names~ - Your name in the C-Box should be recognizable or to reference to a character on the board. Anything else to hide or covet your identity isn’t allowed. We’re friendly, so one reason to hide.
- No Spam~ - Spam isn’t tolerated. Talk is! Spammers shall have temporary bans. Persistence will get your permanently banned from the C-Box. If you change your I.P., you will be banned from the forum as well.
- ~Bans on C-Box and Forum - Bans from the C-Box can go to the forum on special exceptions. It’s usually because of offenses that are just plain disrespectful. Why should we allow you to be on the forum when you can’t respect the rules within the C-Box? In either case, you’ll have to PM the Staff to get permission to return.
- ~Avatar Pictures - Avy sizes should be 45x45 when in the C-Box, and they should not be moving or graphic images of nudity or overly mature content. You will be warned, and if it persists you would be banned. This is to not slow the computers of those who have dial-up.

The one and last rule to follow and most important of the entire “Hearst Station“ community is… - Have Fun!~ - This is a forum about having fun, roleplaying, and meeting people. If you try to ruin that, you will be in so much trouble because first there will be a warning, then there will be action behind that warning, and then there will be a temporary ban. There is no Password. PM me the section, "Last but not least" in order to have your profile approved. If you learned your lesson, you’ll be able to be back on a second level warning, but another mess up will result in a permanent ban! Please, just have fun and enjoy tuning in with “The Heart Station.”
Rules are subjected to change at any time for any reason.
Note: Furthermore, if you read the rules and don't get the password out of it, please PM this account.
